Three hours together. In the first half we map your funnel from lead source through to customer aftercare. In the second we look for where you can simplify, automate and add revenue streams.

This is where we go further than a strategy session. We build it: pages, forms, tags, sequences, automations, checkout, delivery and the tidy bits in between.

Testing, handover and care
Every link clicked, every sequence triggered, every payment path tested. Then a walkthrough so you and your team know exactly how it works.
If your funnel is especially complex, we may not finish every branch in one session. When that happens we document the core offer first, so you have a template to replicate, and we can add further sessions to complete the rest.
