Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms carefully before booking a session or working with us. By doing so, you agree to the points below.

Cancellations & refunds
Life happens, and we will always try to be fair. Refunds for strategy sessions depend on how much notice you give us. Notice is counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
More than 14 working days' notice
Full refund of your session fee, minus the cost of any work already carried out on your setup, billed at £45 per hour.
Between 3 and 14 working days' notice
50% partial refund of your session fee, minus any setup work already completed at £45 per hour.
Less than 3 working days' notice
No refund is available, as the time has been reserved for you and can rarely be rebooked at short notice.
To cancel or reschedule, please email us as early as you can. The date we receive your email is the date your notice is counted from.
General terms
Who we are
Boost and Bloom Limited ('we', 'us', 'our') provides strategy, funnel build, launch and virtual assistant services to female coaches and entrepreneurs. By booking a session, purchasing a service or working with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Booking and confirmation
All sessions are booked through the channels we provide. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full. Where a service is delivered over time (such as a funnel build), we will agree a start date and a rough schedule with you in writing.
Payment
Prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in advance for one-off sessions, and on the agreed schedule for retainers and build projects. We may change our prices at any time, but any session or service already booked will be charged at the price agreed at the time of booking.
Setup work
For some sessions and builds, we begin preparatory work before we meet. If you cancel, any work already completed on your setup is chargeable at £45 per hour and will be deducted from any refund due.
Your responsibilities
To get the most from our time together, please arrive on time, complete any prep we ask for, and give us accurate information about your business. If you need to reschedule, please tell us as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Intellectual property
Anything we create for you - tasklists, funnel maps, copy, designs and similar - is yours to use in your business once it has been paid for in full. We may use your name and project as a case study unless you tell us in writing that you would prefer we did not.
Confidentiality
We treat everything you share with us as confidential and will not pass your information to third parties except where required by law. We may use trusted, GDPR-compliant tools to store and process your data.
Liability
We will always act with skill and care, but we cannot guarantee specific results from any session or service, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including how the work is implemented. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for the relevant service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one published on this page on the date you book or pay for a service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
