Can You Manifest Money?
As women, we’re often told that we can’t have it all – that we have to choose between a successful career and a happy personal life. And if you do have a successful career and happy personal life, then you’re labelled as too bossy, over-confident, too loud, too dominant… the list goes on.
But let’s be real, we’re amazing multitaskers and we can definitely have both. And we should be unapologetic about it. I often see the guilt creep in when women are levelling up.
- I feel guilty for earning a lot of money, my family never did/it’s more than my partner earns.
- I don’t want to rub it anyone’s face how well I’m doing.
- What if people think I don’t deserve to be where I am?
- What if people don’t view me as the expert?
I bet you’ve had one of these thoughts at some point – I know I have. Imposter syndrome is like an annoying fly that keeps landing on you on a hot day, that keeps coming back no matter how many times you swat at it. You really have to get the fly swat out and squish that fly right down!
Achieving both work success and happiness at home comes from many things, but one of them is to adopt a good money mindset and understand the power of manifestation.
Now, I know some of you might be rolling your eyes at the mention of manifestation. It can seem a little bit woo-woo, like something out of a hippie’s playbook. But trust me, it’s not. Manifestation is simply the process of focusing your thoughts and energy on something you want to bring into your life.
And as business owners, we know that mindset is everything. Our thoughts and beliefs can either limit us or propel us forward. So, let’s start with some basic money mindset principles:
- Money is not evil
We’ve all heard the saying “money is the root of all evil”. But let’s be real, money is just a tool. It’s neutral. It’s neither good nor bad. It’s how we use it that determines its impact. So, let go of any guilt or shame you might have around money and start seeing it as a resource that can help you achieve your goals.
- Abundance is your birthright
There is enough wealth in the world for everyone to thrive. There is no need to compete or compare yourself to others. When you adopt an abundance mindset, you start seeing opportunities everywhere. You start attracting success and wealth into your life.
- You are worthy of wealth
You deserve to be financially comfortable and secure. You’ve worked hard to get where you are today, and you continue to work hard every day to make your business a success. So, don’t let any negative self-talk or limiting beliefs hold you back from achieving your financial goals.
I want you to re-read those last 3 points and really believe them. Like, REALLY believe them.
Now, manifestation. I’m not asking you to whip out the incense (although if that’s your thing, go ahead!), but here are some simple steps you can take to start manifesting abundance and wealth into your life:
- Get clear on what you want
Manifestation starts with a clear vision of what you want to achieve. Take some time to visualize your ideal financial situation. Write it down in detail, including how you feel when you’ve achieved it.
- Focus on the positive
When you focus on the positive aspects of your financial situation, you start attracting more positivity into your life. Focus on what you have, rather than what you lack. Gratitude is a powerful tool for manifesting abundance.
- Take inspired action
Manifestation is not just about wishful thinking. You need to take inspired action towards your goals. This means taking steps towards your goals, even if they’re small ones. When you take action, you’re sending a message to the universe that you’re serious about manifesting your desires.
- Trust the process
Finally, trust that the universe is conspiring in your favour. Believe that you can achieve your financial goals and that you deserve to. Trust that the right opportunities will present themselves at the right time.
Adopting a good money mindset and understanding the power of manifestation can help you achieve your financial goals and create a life of abundance and success.
