These are some of the tools I use from day to day in my business that I just love. Time savers and automation tools are my best friends…have a look and see if any of these can help save you time and progress your business forward (I’ll let you know if any of the recommendations are affiliate links, for transparency, and also if they have a free option).

All-in-one CRM, membership site and automation tool. It’s what I use in my business and I love it. It’s soooo pretty and I find it relatively intuitive and easy to navigate. It includes shopping cart, pages, membership, helpdesk, calendar, and automations, which saves me a chunk in £ now that I’m not paying for them all separately.
Free. This is who I bank with for my business. It took about 5 minutes to set up the account. I love the fluidity of the app, the ‘spaces’ I can create to save for things like tax, and it has a business add on for £7 at time of posting for their business bundle which includes invoicing.
I often have fleeting relationships with task management tools and often go through phases of loving an app, then not loving it and switching to another – and it will also depend on what my client is also using – if they are already set up, I’ll slot in to what they know and love.
But at the moment, I have fallen back in love with asana after just finishing up a 6 figure launch in there. It does have a free tier, but the paid version does give added advantages of date ranges, categories, and timeline, both of which are helpful.
It does have a free version, but the paid is much better. I have built a few pages for clients using this tool now and definitely recommend it. I love the lottie animations that can easily be used and added to the site.
With a great free version, this tool is what I use to keep track of the time in my business. All the team use it too, and I can keep track of their time as well as my own!
